Refund policy

Baseline Labs does not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. All sales are final.

This policy exists for health, safety, and product integrity reasons. Our catalogue consists primarily of peptides and other lyophilized powders, which are highly sensitive to handling, storage conditions, temperature, and exposure. Once a product leaves our control, we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, and therefore cannot guarantee its integrity or safety.

For this reason, returned products cannot be restocked, resold, or reused under any circumstances—even if unopened. Accepting returns would compromise quality standards and pose unnecessary risk.

Incorrect or Missing Items
In the rare event of an incorrect or incomplete order, claims must be supported by clear, continuous video evidence of the package being opened from seal to contents. Without valid video proof, claims cannot be assessed or honoured.
