Shipping coverage

Baseline Labs ships throughout the Philippines using reliable local couriers. All domestic orders with a total value of ₱3,500 or above qualify for free shipping.

Orders below ₱3,500  incur a shipping fee, which will be communicated prior to dispatch. Orders are processed and dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

International shipping is available.
If you do not see your country listed at checkout, we are unable to ship to your location.

All international orders are dispatched via international couriers such as DHL or FedEx, depending on destination and availability.

All international shipments are declared and labelled as laboratory research materials in accordance with prevailing courier and customs regulations. Products may be described as laboratory research peptides, research chemical samples, peptides, and or peptide reference materials.

All products are labelled as non hazardous, not for human consumption, and not intended for medical or therapeutic use. All products are sold strictly as research use only. By placing an order with Baseline Labs, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

Baseline Labs takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that all shipments are packaged, declared, and labelled correctly in accordance with shipping and courier requirements.

However, international shipping is subject to local import regulations and customs controls that vary from country to country. Baseline Labs has no control over these processes.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the importation of research materials for personal use and or laboratory use is permitted under the laws and customs regulations of their destination country.

Baseline Labs is not responsible for customs clearance, delays, seizures, or rejections resulting from local customs enforcement.

Order verification & claims

Due to the nature of our products — including peptides and lyophilized powders — continuous video recording is mandatory when opening your package.

The video must be unedited and clearly show the sealed parcel, shipping label, and contents being unpacked. This requirement applies to any claims involving missing items, incorrect orders, or damage during transit.

Claims submitted without valid video evidence will not be accepted.

No refund policy

All sales are final. Due to health, safety, and product integrity considerations, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

Once peptides and lyophilized powders have been shipped or handled, product integrity cannot be guaranteed. This policy is strictly enforced to protect quality standards and ensure compliance with handling requirements.
