What is Baseline Labs?
Baseline Labs is an online Research Use Only (RUO) supplier focused on peptides and advanced compounds commonly examined within metabolic, recovery, and performance-related research contexts. We operate with a research-first approach and supply products to informed customers who understand this space. We are primarily based in Manila and also have distribution in Cebu and soon in Davao City.
Are your products for human use?
No. All products sold by Baseline Labs are strictly labelled Research Use Only and are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical use, or therapeutic application.
How can I be sure of the quality of the products from Baseline Labs?
At Baseline Labs, quality control is handled in-house. Each product batch is subjected to internal verification and review before release. Where applicable, Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are issued to confirm identity, purity, and composition.
All products undergo rigorous assessment using standard analytical methods, with results reviewed by scientifically trained personnel experienced in laboratory and research environments. This internal quality framework is designed to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability across every Baseline Labs product.
Can I send Baseline Labs products to Janoshik or an independent lab for testing?
Yes. We welcome and encourage independent third-party testing. Baseline Labs has no issue with customers submitting our products to laboratories such as Janoshik for verification. Our internal quality assurance processes use the same core analytical methodologies commonly employed by reputable independent testing labs, including those used by Janoshik.
Independent testing provides transparency and additional confidence, and we fully support customers who choose to do so. We stand by the quality, consistency, and integrity of Baseline Labs products.
We ourselves have paid for our own Janoshik independent testing to further demonstrate our own chemists and COA's are at international standards.
You can see our Janoshik test on the front page of this website. We don't have every product indepently third party tested as this is very cost prohibitive, but as always we encourage our clients to have testing if they like and we have always proven ourselves as the highest quality Peptides in the Philippines.
None of these small operations you see on Lazada or other marketplaces have the same stringent testing and third party testing evidence that Baseline labs possesses.
Are Baseline Labs products approved by the Philippine FDA?
No. Baseline Labs products are not approved by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA). All products are supplied strictly for research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use, medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapeutic application.
Because these products are designated for research purposes, they are not marketed, labelled, or sold as pharmaceutical or therapeutic goods.
Do you provide dosing or usage instructions?
No. We do not provide dosing guidance, administration instructions, or health advice. Any information provided on the website is informational only and limited to general research context.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. We support bulk purchasing across a wide range of volumes, from standard boxes of 10 units through to large-scale orders involving hundreds to thousands of units per SKU, depending on availability and lead time. Bulk pricing is assessed case-by-case to ensure consistency, quality control, and proper handling at scale.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is available to selected countries. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
No. Due to health, safety, and product integrity concerns associated with peptides and lyophilized powders, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
What if my order is missing an item or incorrect?
Claims for missing or incorrect items require clear, continuous video evidence of the package being opened. The video must show the sealed parcel, shipping label, and contents being unpacked. Claims submitted without video evidence cannot be processed.
